Delivery
Beech’s reliable delivery service comes complete with options to suit you, wherever and whenever you want to receive your order. We use Royal Mail delivery to send your parcels in the UK, and a selection of methods for international shipping.
UNITED KINGDOM
Standard delivery (3-5 working days): £3.95 (this covers the picking, packaging and postage of your order)
EUROPEAN UNION
Standard delivery (4-5 working days): £11.95
REST OF THE WORLD
Standard delivery (6-10 working days): £14.95
Please note that Beech do not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred when shipping outside of the United Kingdom.
Returns
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return your goods for whatever reason within 30 days of receiving the items, provided we get them back in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging.
How do I return my order?:
Although we hope you love your order, there may be times when you need to return items to us. To do so, simply follow the instructions below:
- Click the link clicksit.com/beech to return an item
- Fill in your order number and email address and we will send you a label by email to print off and stick to the return parcel
- Find your closest CollectPlus store at https://www.collectplus.yodel.co.uk/store-locator?v=2 and drop off the return parcel
If approved, your refund (if the goods still have tags, are unworn and in perfect condition) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.
What’s your returns policy during a sale?
Our 30 days return period does not apply for sales goods: we’ll give you your money back if you return within 14 days of receiving the goods.
How do I track my return?
When returning your parcel, make sure you get a receipt and code for tracking your parcel online (via the carrier’s website). We’ll pop you an email as soon as your return has been processed.
Exchanges
If you simply require to exchange an item for another item of the same price e.g. in a different size then please follow the below steps:
- Please email us at customercare@mybeech.com listing your name, order number, the item you wish to exchange and the new item that you would like to exchange your purchase for.
- Click the link clicksit.com/beech to return an item
- Fill in your order number and email address and we will send you a label by email to print off and stick to the return parcel
- Find your closest CollectPlus store at collectplus.yodel.co.uk/store-locator and drop off the return parcel and we’ll pop you an email as soon as your return has been processed and your exchange item has been dispatched
The returned items must be sent back in perfect condition – unworn, in saleable condition with their original tags and packaging.
Once your return is received has been inspected, your exchange will be processed. Please allow 3 days from receipt of parcel to dispatch.
